In March, 2008, a Client Satisfaction Survey was mailed to 400 of our clients. The response was outsatnding with 35% responding. The comments were VERY positive!

Who are our clients?

• 73% of our clients responding are female with an average age of 79 years
• Approximately 60% are from South Delta / 40% from North Delta
• Average years of service: 12 years
• Average hours of service per week: 6 hours

 Survey Findings:

• 90% of respondents report that their Care Plan meets all of their needs
• 94% rated Community Health Workers performance as excellent or good
• 98% felt that Community health Workers were prompt and reliable
• 97%felt that the Community Health Workers are sensitive and responsible to customs or traditions of their culture or background
• 95% rated nursing staff as excelent / good
• 77% rated office staff always helpful; 23% answered "sometimes"
• 96% said they would recommend Delta Home Support to others
