End-Of-Life Care
Our Community Health Workers can come as directed to provide companionship / respite, personal care, housekeeping and cleaning, laundry and linen change, meal preparation, or shopping for the palliative client.
As well, the Nursing Supervisors work with the Home Care Nurse and other professionals to ensure optimal quality of life for you or your family member in your own home. When possible, let us do routine tasks for you in order to allow you to spend more quality time with the one you love. |
