Delta Home Support is an independent, non-profit society governed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors. Our Directors are responsible for the overall mission, vision, and governance of the agency.
The role of our Board is fiduciary and includes a wide range of interests and responsibilities associated with a governing body: strategic planning, risk management, internal control, and communications with stakeholders.
The Board has the responsibility of overseeing the conduct of the agency’s business and supervises management, which is responsible for day-to-day operations through the Executive Director.
