Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of the agency, ensuring that Delta Home Support provides quality health care services. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors who is responsible for the governance of the Society.
Director of Care
The Director of Care is responsible for the development, coordination, supervision, and implementation of home support programs to assist in the delivery of quality client care.
Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all Human Resources, personnel and labour relations functions related to the growth and development of agency employees.
Business Manager
The Business Manager performs the accounting and bookkeeping functions related to the financial management of the Agency.
Payroll Clerk
The Payroll clerk has the important task of preparing payroll for our staff.
Reception / Secretary
The Receptionist is usually the first one to greet office visitors and to respond to incoming calls. In addition, this person performs various office duties as support to the agency.
Field Supervisor
Field Supervisors respond to client enquiries and provide direct supervisory support to Home Support Staff, ensuring services are provided in a safe, quality, and caring manner.
Scheduling Supervisor
The scheduling supervisor is responsible for the scheduling and placement of client visits with the appropriate Home Support Staff member.
Scheduling Assistant
The Scheduling Assistant confirms detailed visit information with our clients and their Home Support Workers ensuring that clients receive the health care that is needed and expected.
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
The RN Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of client care within the Palliative Care program. In addition, the RN Supervisor provides professional support for complex care clients and supervision and instruction of delegated nursing tasks to our home support staff.
Community Health Worker I
The Home Support Worker I provides home support services such as housekeeping, meal planning, and meal preparation.
Community Health Worker II
The Home Support Worker II provides care such as assisting with day-to-day personal care, assisting with walking and mobility, and specific delegated nursing tasks, in addition to meal preparation, general cleaning, and laundry.
